Setting Expectations

You can expect us to be available to discuss your control integration needs. One of our experienced representatives will carefully prepare a proposal with an anticipated scope of work. You can expect to receive a fixed price for drawings, design work, program development, fabrication and documentation. You can expect us to consider contingencies such as meetings, travel and expenses. You can expect up-front hourly and daily on-site rates with forecasted requirements. You can expect competitive time and material rates for projects that need to be done but have changing or undefined requirements. You can expect this in a timely fashion.

Execution

Once working on your project, you can expect that our engineers will remain on your project, consistently showing progress. Typically, our engineers perform a majority of project work in our Central Ohio office where many resources and other engineering associates are close and available. You can expect our engineers to use up-to-date products and practices to complete your project.  We frequently consult and train with the leading vendors of industrial control products to stay current with new concepts and methods.

Delivery

Professionally documented drawings, PLC ladder logic, computer program code and graphical human-machine-interface (HMI) systems developed for your project will be simulated and validated before being installed at your site. Unless other arrangements are made, as-built design drawings, ladder logic listings, computer program code listings and color HMI screen prints will be delivered to you in 3-ring binders and on floppy disks shortly after completion of your project.
