The Organization Founded in 1988 as Martin Electronic Services, Joseph T. Martin provided part time industrial personal computer programming and repair services from home. Incorporated as Martin Software & Design, Inc. in January of 1993, Martin was warmly welcomed into the industrial control marketplace by vendors and clients alike. The business, now a full-time venture, hired employees and grew through a desire to deliver better services to industrial clients while providing opportunities for its employees and their family’s quality of live and future. In October of 2001, the name was changed to Martin Control Systems, Inc., a name that better communicates the industrial control system focus that the company took in its early years. Today, MartinCSI remains committed to the traditions that have made the Martin companies prominent in their fields. MartinCSI is focused on achieving continuous growth, improvement, and innovation. The employees, clients, suppliers, and communities we serve expect high ethical standards. MartinCSI strives to act with integrity. We believe that achievement of our business missions will shape a future that ensures individual and collective success.
Our location From 1992 to 2003, MartinCSI shared offices in Grove City, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus, with Martin Painting and Coating Company, another Martin family owned company. In 2003, MartinCSI moved to its current 3,400 square foot office in Dublin, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus. The facility is designed to directly benefit the engineering staff with large work surfaces, wide halls and aisles. We have a well-equipped lab area, a locked room for our software library, several hardware closets, and an organized archived project room; all in which provide a sufficient way to properly test equipment before releasing it to the customer.
